Convenient location near Paulista and subway. Clean rooms with attentive staff. No language barriers, helpful despite language limitations. No irons, but ironing service available.

Spacious rooms with good internet connectivity. Every apartment has a mini kitchen, a living room and a bed room that gives a home- like feeling.
The breakfast can be improved. Also, the bed-sheets has spots at certain times.

The installations are very good for its price. The hotel is clean, organized, very well localized and offers a good breakfast. The hotel staff is kind and helpful.
The food of the restaurant could improve. It does not correspond to its value.

Location to Ave Paulista was excellent so your in a good safe area and near the metro and all restaurants and shopping. Unit had a living room, small kitchenette. But had to ask for the dishes and silverware to be brought up. Brazil is no longer cheap. A small frozen yogurt at the mall cost 12 RL $7.00. Taxis are expensive because even s short trips take a long time due to heavy traffic and your meter keeps running. Nothing is what it seems and you have to check everything when you want to do something. I checked on booking a tour for the city the range was 1,300 RL to 325 RL to 119 RL to 45 RL. We took the 45 RL tour. Metro is the best way to get around when you can. Learn some spanish or portugese otherwise very frustrating.
Construction noise every day while we were here 4 nights. Internet, lights, elevator went out several times and had to walk down 12 flghts of stairs. Staff english was poor and everytime I requested information had to double check and found it to be incorrect. Pictures look much better then the actual hotel and facilities. Hotel is undergoing repairs. Asked three times what the price for a suite was and was never told. Asked for a large map of the city hotel didn't have one. Had to go across the street to Rennaisance (Marriott) for a free map.

Staff were friendly & helpful, although had limited English and some difficulty in providing information. Location was excellent, and facilities were OK.
The public areas of the hotel are tired looking as are the rooms. The restaurant is not very good, and the breakfasts were very disappointing.

Its an apartment and its neat so its comfortable - can spend the day in there if you need to work.
Its overpriced like most things in sao paolo - definitely not 5 stars that it claims but that seems to go for all hotels in sao paolo. Its fine, comfortable and neat, just not of the standard that would apply for 5 stars and for the money they charge for it. Also its off av. Paulista, so if you have things to do in faria lima its far and also for going out in olympia its still far

Good gym for a hotel, internet fast though it did fail (along with the rest of the neighbourhood) for one night. Reasonably priced minibar.
Lacked some essentials such as irons in rooms, and the internet was limited to one device so I couldn't sync my phone. Stuffed up a laundry order, meaning I had to get them to press a dirty shirt before I went to work. Food in restaurant below average for a hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel in the heart of a vibrant neighborhood. The location was convenient for exploring the area, with the Metro, shops, and restaurants all within walking distance. The spacious room with a balcony provided enhanced comfort, and we were impressed by the abundance of storage space, perfect for a family staying for a week. The breakfast buffet was a highlight, offering a variety of delicious options that changed daily. The staff were friendly and helpful, with one particular individual standing out for his exceptional service. We also appreciated the 24-hour desk and their willingness to go above and beyond to assist us.
Highly recommended for all travelers.

Stayed there for the 2nd time already. It is definitely a business oriented hotel, but a tourist can also find there pretty much everything one needs for more than 1 night in Sao Paulo. Location is just excellent, with many dining, shopping and going out options within short walk, very nice neighbourhood, good connection to the metro and both airports. The room itself is quite spacious, actually it is rather a suite with bedroom separated from the living room, which is really convenient if you share the room. Minibar is inexpensive and quite extensive.
Rooms a bit outdated (which is however so typical of most Brazilian hotels), yet there is certain charm in this late 70-s design. No cutlery in the kitchen.
